Getting around French Guiana

Air: 

Air Guyane (www.airguyane.com) serves the interior of the country from Cayenne, including Grand Santi, Maripasoula, St Laurent du Maroni, Pointe à Pitre and Saül. Helicopters are available from Helicopters for France (tel: +594 5 9435 6231) at Cayenne Airport.

Road: 

There is a road along the coast from Cayenne to Kourou and beyond.

Car hire: 

Available at the airport or in Cayenne, Kourou and St Laurent from international and local firms.

Taxi: 

Available in Cayenne. Pick-up is from the Laussat Canal and the airport.

Documentation:
