To enter Iraq, a passport valid for at least six months from the date a visa is issued is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above.
Passport and visa requirements for visitors to Iraq are subject to change at short notice; for a fully comprehensive list of those allowed entry visas and other requirements, consult the embassy.
If only travelling to the Kurdistan region, you can obtain a visa on arrival, but it is not valid elsewhere in Iraq.
Single-entry visa: up to three months from the date of issue; multiple-entry visa: six months to a year.
