To enter Zambia, your passport must be valid for at least six months after the date you arrive and at least two blank pages.
Zambia welcomes nationals from 167 countries to visit for tourism purposes without a visa for varying durations. These countries include:
Africa: Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Eswatini, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.
Americas: Argentina, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sint Maarten, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
Asia: Bahrain, Brunei Darussalam, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates.
Europe: All European Union member states, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and Vatican City.
Oceania: American Samoa, Australia, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.
Single-entry: US $25.
Double-entry: US $40.
Transit visa: US $25.

Dogs and cats must have:
• Import Permit: An import permit must be obtained in advance from the Department of Research & Specialist Services.
• Veterinary Health Certificate: Pets must be accompanied by a veterinary health certificate issued at the point of origin, confirming they are healthy and fit for travel.
• Rabies Vaccination Certificate: Dogs require a valid rabies vaccination certificate.
• Pets should have an ISO-compliant microchip and have up-to-date vaccinations against common diseases.
