Weather in Tripoli

Best time to visit

Sun worshippers will love the summers in Tripoli, which are hot and dry. Temperatures can reach beyond 33°C (91°F) and it can rarely rain from April to October. The milder spring and autumn months are probably the best time to visit the Libyan city. Winters from December to February can be chilly so you'll need to pack a warm cardigan or lightweight jumper, especially when the sun goes down. January is the wettest month.
