Stockholm Arlanda Airport Guide (ARN)
The largest airport in Sweden, Stockholm Arlanda Airport is one of four airports serving the capital. Our guide to the airport provides essential information on terminal facilities, accessibility, parking and nearby accommodation.
Shuttle buses provide a free transfer service between the terminals, the long-term car park and the Radisson Blu Arlandia Hotel.
From Stockholm, take the E-4 north to Arlanda, turn off at county road 273 and follow signs for the airport.
Public Transport
Rail:There are a number of railway stations at the terminals: one is situated under SkyCity and operates long-distance trains to destinations such as Trondheim and Gothenburg via SJ trains (tel: +46 771 757 575; www.sj.se); while the others serve regular Arlanda Express (tel: +46 771 720 200; www.arlandaexpress.com) trains to Stockholm, which reach the city centre in 20 minutes at a charge of SEK260 for a one-way fare.

When taking a taxi, passengers should speak to one of the taxi coordinators stationed outside the terminals. A maximum price of SEK625 applies anywhere in the zone between Stockholm and Uppsala, however some companies will charge less. The journey time into Stockholm is 30 to 45 minutes.
