A passport valid for at least six months when applying for a visa is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above.
Pakistan grants visa-free entry to citizens of Maldives and Nepal for stays of up to 30 days. Additionally, from August 2024, citizens from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, namely the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait, are also permitted visa-free entry for stays up to 90 days.
Citizens from other countries not mentioned here must obtain a visa prior to visiting Pakistan. Visit visa.nadra.gov.pk to check if you are eligible for an e-Visa.
Please note that visa policies can change, so it is advisable to consult the Pakistan Online Visa System or contact the nearest Pakistani diplomatic mission for the most current information before planning your travel.
The cost of the e-Visa depends on your nationality, visa type, and duration of stay. You can check the fee structure and apply via the official Pakistan Online Visa System.
Unless you are from a visa-free country, you will need a transit visa to pass through Pakistan, even if you do not plan to leave the airport's international transit area.

Each child must have their own passport when traveling to and from Pakistan. If you're travelling with a child as a single parent or are not the child's parent, you may need to provide documentary evidence of parental responsibility before leaving Pakistan. This is particularly likely if the child is of Pakistani origin.
