Vilnius Airport Guide (VNO)
The airport is located roughly 6km (4 miles) south of Vilnius city centre.

General airport information desks are located close to the main entrance on the Departures level, and by the exit in Arrivals. Additionally, there is a tourist information office in Arrivals.
From central Vilnius, head south on Tauro gatvė, continuing onto Mindaugo gatvė. Turn right onto Paneriu gatvė, then left onto Švitrigailos gatvė, continuing along Dariaus ir Girėno gatvė. Finally, turn left onto F Vaitkaus gatvė, which leads into the airport complex.
Public Transport
There is a designated “Vilnius-Airport” train that runs regularly from Vilnius railway 16 times a day. The journey between the railway station and the airport is about 7 minutes. Tickets cost 0.70EUR and can be purchased online, on the train, or at the railway station. A footpath leads from the railway stop to the airport terminal.
Bus:Buses (tel: +370 210 7050; www.vilniustransport.lt) run from outside Arrivals to the city centre and beyond. Bus number 1 travels directly from the airport to Vilnius city centre (journey time: 15-20 minutes; fare: 12EUR). Toks microbuses transport passengers from the bus station to the airport and back with tickets costing 2EUR. The bus stop is by arrival hall C.
Taxi:Cabs run from outside Arrivals and are readily available around the clock, with relatively cheap fares (journey time: 15 minutes; fare: about 10EUR).
Terminal facilities
There is a bureau de change facility within the arrival and departure halls, and ATMs are available throughout.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout Vilnius Airport. Fixed internet kiosks are also available, though these charge passengers for internet services. A post office and several public telephones are also located within the airport.
There is a comprehensive selection of full service restaurants, fast food outlets, snack bars, cafés and bars both airside and landside.
There is a good selection of shops at the airport, including multiple duty-free options. Items on offer include, but are not limited to, books, souvenirs, perfumes and electronics. Shops are also available in the public areas of the terminal.
Left luggage facilities (tel: +370 6156 2694) are available in the main departure hall, along with luggage wrapping services. For lost luggage, passengers should call UAB Litcargus (tel: +370 614 12881) or UAB Baltic Ground Services (tel: +370 610 75212).
Airport facilities
The airport offers a number of meeting and conference rooms within the airport complex (tel: +370 5 273 9066). A small meeting room is also available at the on-site Air Inn hotel (tel: +370 5 232 9304; www.airinn.lt). A VIP Terminal (tel: +370 527 39372) is located adjacent to the passenger terminal for members with business facilities including WiFi, photocopying and printing services and workstations with computers.
Designated disabled parking spaces are located close to the terminal and there is a lift for transfer between floors. Persons with reduced mobility or physical disabilities can summon staff using the assistance call buttons in the parking lot, by the bus stop. These staff will assist with the entire process, from baggage check-in to boarding the plane. Passengers who may require additional assistance are advised to contact their airline before travelling.
Short-term parking is located close to the terminal entrance in car parks P2 and P3, while long-term parking is situated a little further from the main complex in car parks P4 and P7. A free stay of up to 15 minutes is available in front of the terminal for drivers collecting or dropping off passengers. Reserved parking is available via the airport’s website. International car rental companies represented at the airport include: Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Europcar, Hertz, and Sixt, as well as several local outfits. Desks are situated in the public Arrivals area of the terminal.
If staying in the historic city centre appeals, the 4-star Europa Royale is a good choice, and is only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Housed in a 19th-century building, it features a gourmet restaurant and meetings facilities.
Just 50 meters (165 feet) from the airport, the Air Inn Vilnius houses a bar, restaurant, spa, sauna and gym, as well as a conference room. It is located immediately opposite the terminal entrance.
Located a short distance from the airport, and close to the main A3 motorway, this modern hotel is of 3-star standard, with 92 rooms. It offers a restaurant and three meeting rooms, and there is an outside terrace bar for use in summer.
