Restaurants in Kyiv (Kiev)
Kiev has a wide range of restaurants to suit every taste and pocket. While traditional Ukrainian food is currently enjoying something of a renaissance, places serving Italian, French, Chinese and American-style fast food are also well represented. Restaurants serving Japanese sushi are currently very popular, even if sushi is the only Japanese dish on an otherwise Russian/Ukrainian menu. Printed menus tend to list the selection of cigarettes and cigars on offer as well as items of food and drink.
The Kiev restaurants below have been grouped into three pricing categories:
Expensive (over UAH 700)
Moderate (UAH 150 to UAH 700)
Cheap (up to UAH 150)
Prices for these Kiev restaurants are per person for a three-course meal plus half a bottle of house wine and include tax and service.
