Billund Airport Guide (BLL)
The airport is located 2km (1.2 miles) northeast of central Billund.
Billund Airport is probably best known for its proximity to one of Denmark's most famous visitor attractions, Legoland, but is also a key international transport hub for western Denmark. Our Billund Airport guide includes airport contact details, as well as information relating to terminal facilities, public transportation options and nearby accommodation.
An information desk and tourist information counter is located in the terminal building.
From the centre of Billund, follow Nordmarksvej north past Legoland before turning right on to Bastlundvej. The airport will be directly on your right hand side.
Public Transport
Bus: Numerous bus services stop at the airport, running from destinations all over western Denmark. Public buses 143, 144 and 166 (along with numerous others) link the airport to Legoland and the city centre (journey time: 9 minutes; fare: DKK22).
Taxi: Cabs are readily available immediately outside the airport. The trip into Billund will cost around DKK70, and the journey time is roughly 8 minutes.

Global Exchange Denmark have three branches in the terminal at check-in, departures and arrivals, with exchange facilities.
