In Wilmington, make a beeline for the giant Christiana Mall, located on the I-95, for the best of Delaware’s tax-free shopping. There are plenty of wineries in the town, while the Brandywine Valley area is filled with local crafts, antiques and collectibles. The Riverfront Market, South Market Street, and Chandler’s Wharf are also popular with shoppers.
Rehoboth Beach is home to antique shops, boutique stores, and outlet malls, mostly found downtown or on the outskirts of town on Route 1. In New Castle, Delaware Street is a hotbed for antiques and also has gift stores.
