Passports

Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival in Senegal and contain at least one blank page for entry and exit stamps.

Visas

Citizens of the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and EU member states may visit Senegal without a visa for stays of up to 90 days.

Citizens of ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) enjoy freedom of movement within member states. The ECOWAS countries are Benin, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, the Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo.

In addition, nationals of Brazil, Canada, China, Djibouti, India, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Republic of the Congo (Congo-Brazzaville), the Central African Republic, Singapore, South Korea, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates and the United States may enter Senegal without a visa for stays of up to 90 days.
