To enter the Philippines, you must have a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay in the Philippines.

* Hong Kong SAR & Macau SAR: you may enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding 14 days, provided that you hold a valid ticket for the return journey to your country of origin or the next country of your destination. Also, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the contemplated period of stay.

Chinese nationals need to apply for a visa. However, if the traveller has a valid visa issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, any of the Schengen country or the USA, he or she may enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding seven days for tourism purposes, provided that the traveller has a national passport valid for at least six months beyond contemplated stay, holds a valid ticket for the return journey to the country of origin or the next country of destination, and has no derogatory record with the Bureau of Immigration.
