The Cutty Sark Pub is a bustling British-style bar and a firm favourite of expats and locals wanting to meet foreigners. Live Music in Ljubljana
Celebrated Slovenian jazz musician Drago Gajo set up this long-standing and excellent jazz club. Today, it has a global reputation and hosts both Slovenian and international jazz acts. Monday is a fun night to visit when they host jam sessions and open mic performances.
Designed by seminal Slovenian architect Jože Plečnik, this open-air venue is a joy throughout the summer months. Serving as the hub for the Ljubljana Summer Festival, it is one of the city’s most engaging attractions. Enjoy a concert or play here while taking in the architectural sumptuousness.
This legendary wild and fun party place bashes out some great concerts. A beloved venue of locals and visiting rock fans alike, the drinking here is hard and the rock music is harder. Strong spirits are the booze of choice. The generous happy hours (often until 2300) help get the party started.
