Weather in Houston

Best time to visit

Houston is a year-round destination but the heat and humidity during the summer months from June to September is exceptional. There are often massive thunderstorms but they don't last too long.

Spring and autumn are ideal when conditions are perfect and consequently this is high season. Don't forget autumn is also hurricane season. Winters are very comfortable with mild days and rare cold weather.

Prices rise during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year and also for some major events.
