Public Transport
Bus:There is a bus from Maurice Bishop International Airport to St George's, but the service is irregular and most travellers prefer to use a taxi.
Taxi:Taxis with fixed-rate fares are available from Maurice Bishop International Airport. Numerous taxi services serve the airport, including the Progressive Airport Taxi Union (tel: +1 473 444 4296). The journey time to St George's town centre is roughly 20 minutes, and the fare is around EC$35.
Terminal facilities
Free Wi-Fi access is available in the terminal building. There is a public telephone on the ground floor, and there are charging points for mobile phones, laptops and other devices. A postbox is positioned in the public area – stamps can be purchased from the bookshops in this area.
There is a small selection of places to eat and drink in the airport, including a restaurant, café and snack bar.
A limited selection of shops can be found in the terminal, both before and after the security screening point, and include jewellery and souvenir retailers and bookshops. Duty-free is available in the departure lounge.

Airport facilities
There are no conference and business facilities at Maurice Bishop International Airport. There are numerous facilities within the terminal to provide access for physically disabled passengers, including accessible toilets and ramps. Wheelchairs are available on request. Disabled parking spaces are clearly marked near the terminal building. Any passengers who may require additional assistance are advised to contact their airline before travelling.
Public car parking is situated to the east of the terminal building, with around 200 short-term spaces available.
Car hire companies at the airport include David’s Sun Cars and Y&R Car Rentals, both of which have desks near the exit of the arrivals terminal. It is also possible to rent vehicles from major hotels in the area.
