Best time to visit

Spring (March to May) is generally mild and pleasant with average temperatures climbing from 6°C (43°F) in March to 11°C (52°F) in May. In late spring, it's idyllic to wander around the city and its beautiful parks.

Summer (June to August) is the best time to visit Glasgow as the city enjoys around 16 hours of daylight, plus many tourist attractions extending their opening hours and festivals galore.

Autumn (September to November) brings rain as Glasgow receives 14 to 17 rainy days a month. In October, the average high is 13°C (55°F) while the average low is 7°C (45°F). Pack a sweater with you if you're visiting.
