Strasbourg International Airport Guide (SXB)

From Strasbourg city centre, take the A35 southbound towards Colmar/Mulhouse and then the D400 towards Entzheim at exit 8; the D400 leads to the D221, with direct access to Strasbourg International Airport. Alternatively from the city centre take the D392, which connects directly to the D400.
Public Transport
Rail: Entzheim Station is connected to Strasbourg International Airport by a covered pedestrian footbridge. TER Alsace (tel: +33 800 779 867; www.ter.sncf.com) trains run to Strasbourg from here (journey time: 9 minutes; fare: €2.50 – a combined TER and city tram ticket costs €4.10).
Bus: A bus, operated by CTS (tel: +33 3 8877 7070; www.cts-strasbourg.eu), runs between Strasbourg International Airport and Baggersee, departing from outside Arrivals. From Baggersee station, travellers can take the 'A' line tram to Strasbourg city centre and the central railway station (journey time: 30 minutes; fare: €1.60). Tickets can be purchased in the arrivals area.
Taxi: Taxis are available from outside Arrivals.
Terminal facilities
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout Strasbourg International Airport. Additionally, a phone box can be found in Departures.
Several bars and cafés are located on the ground floor of the terminal, including a restaurant serving regional specialities in Departures and a pastry café in Arrivals.
A newsagent, a shop selling souvenirs and regional products, and a duty-free shop are located in the departures area.
Luggage trolleys are available. Passengers should contact their airline for lost property (tel: +33 3 8864 6793 for all airlines except Air France and HOP, which should be contacted on: +33 1 5569 8468). Airport facilities
Conference and meeting rooms are available at the business centre (tel: +33 3 8864 7368); these rooms have capacities of between eight and 16 people and can be hired on a half-day or full-day basis. Audiovisual equipment hire and catering are also available. Small meeting rooms can be hired at the nearby Hôtel Père Benoît (tel: +33 3 8868 9800; www.hotel-perebenoit.com). Additionally there are two lounges in the Departure areas.
Disabled passengers who require assistance with embarking or disembarking planes are advised to inform their airline when they purchase their ticket. The airport provides reserved parking spaces in every car park, a lowered telephone in Departures, lifts and fully accessible toilets.
The shuttle bus to Baggersee station is wheelchair accessible. Additional disabled transport is available from GIHP Alsace (tel: +33 3 8843 1111).
There are five car parks at Strasbourg International Airport, offering more than 3,000 spaces. P1 offers uncovered short-term parking; P2 has long-term options, P3 provides long-term underground spaces; P4 is available for passengers on charter flights; and P5 is the main long-term parking area. Car hire companies at Strasbourg International Airport include: Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Europcar, Hertz, Thrifty and Sixt. Car hire desks are located in the arrivals area.
A ten-minute drive from Strasbourg International Airport, Ibis Strasbourg Aéroport Le Zenith offers free Wi-Fi internet access, on-site dining, a bar and car parking.
