Carrefour International Theatre Event

For avid theatre-goers, Québec City hosts the Carrefour International Theatre Event every year. For two and a half weeks in May and June, travellers can enjoy unique theatre shows from Canada and around the world. From classic repertoire to edgy, more modern works, the event is a true celebration of theatre. There are over fifty performances, and the event stages electrifying works that would not otherwise be shown in Québec City. Festival goers can even enjoy meeting the creators and performers in the evenings in nearby café Le Zinc.
