Terminals 2 and 3 at São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport are connected by walkways for easy access. Terminal 1, located past the Cargo Terminal, is serviced by a dedicated shuttle that also connects to the airport's CPTM station, an integral part of São Paulo's rapid transit and rail network operated by Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos. These shuttles run at 15-minute intervals from 04:00 to midnight. The shuttle service includes the following routes:
• From the airport CPTM station to Terminals 1, 2, and 3.
• From the airport CPTM station to Terminal 2.
Access to São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport is facilitated by its proximity to BR-116, which is the second-longest highway in Brazil, encircling São Paulo and passing the airport area.
Public Transport
The São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport is served by the CPTM (Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos), which operates the Line 13 (Jade) train connecting the airport to the Engenheiro Goulart station. Although the airport's CPTM station is conveniently located near the Terminal 1 parking lot, it is a considerable distance from Terminals 2 and 3. Fortunately, a complimentary shuttle service is available to transport passengers between the train station and all airport terminals.
Bus: Several bus companies provide service to/from São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport, including:
• Airport Bus Service (www.airportbusservice.com.br) runs routes to Congonhas Domestic Airport, Praça da República, Tietê and Barra Funda bus terminals.
• Bus line 257 runs between Terminal 2 and Terminal do Metro Tatuapé.
Taxi: Guarucoop is the official taxi at São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport. All Guarucoop taxis run on fixed prices set by the Municipality of Guarulhos. Their taxis are available in all terminals. Passengers can also pre-book through the Guarucoop app or by calling/ WhatsApp +55 (11) 2440-7070.
Terminal facilities
Currency exchange counters are in Terminal 2 (Departures and Arrivals), and Terminal 3 (Departures). ATMs are available in every terminal.
Free 2-hour Wi-Fi is available throughout the airport, with usage capped at four hours.
A post office (Correios) is in Terminal 2 (Mezzanine, near check-in B).
Terminal 2, the largest among the three terminals, has a food court, several cafés and international chains on both the west and east sides.
Terminals 1 and 3 have a decent selection of cafés and bars after security.
Terminal 2 of the airport is a shopping haven, boasting an extensive selection of stores with various gifts and accessories. In comparison, Terminals 1 and 3 offer a more limited retail experience.
Duty-free shopping is popular in Brazil. Accordingly, duty-free shops are available in Terminal 1 (Departures), Terminal 2 (International Departures and the East side), and Terminal 3 (Departures and also in an area known as Fifth Avenue).
Malex provides luggage storage facilities in Terminal 2 (Arrivals West and Arrivals East), and Terminal 3 (Arrivals).

São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport has 22 VIP lounges spreading across three terminals (1 in T1, 11 in T2, and 10 in T3). Many of these lounges offer basic business services.
